The duo have been on fire together, leaving fans hopeful of a potential Neymar signing! Well, it seems like the fans need to hold their horses, as Inter Miami owner David Beckham has no plans to sign the Brazilian. As of now, that is!

The Inter Miami owner and Neymar were spotted together in Miami earlier tonight as they were seen exiting a restaurant. Their meeting gave rise to multiple rumors, with reports suggesting the player was present to discuss a deal to sign with the Herons. Well, David Beckham has poured cold water on all those rumors, with the English icon revealing the true nature of the meeting in a social media post. David posted an image of himself alongside Neymar and Victoria on Facebook with the caption, “Welcome to Miami, my friend 🩷 (only for dinner 😂)”

This seems like a perfect response to all the rumors swirling around Neymar’s future. Reports suggest the player is unhappy with his time at Al Hilal and wants a way out of Saudi Arabia. This comes as a massive surprise considering the massive amount the Brazilian makes at the club. Rumors have linked the player to a return to Barcelona. However, considering the Catalan club’s financial woes, a move for both parties has to be a pipe dream!

Is Neymar on his way to Camp Nou?

Fans were left stunned earlier this week when news broke out of Spain involving Neymar. According to the media outlet, Football Espana, the Brazilian has been in contact with FC Barcelona over a potential return. Club president Joan Laporta is reportedly open to the move and has been in contact with the player. Both parties feel a deal can materialize once Neymar’s time in Saudi Arabia comes to an end.

The reports have also been fueled by talks of Neymar playing in the 2026 World Cup. However, all these talks are nothing but white noise until something concrete materializes. Barcelona is currently tied to multiple financial constraints, and signing Neymar won’t be cheap. Additionally, the Brazilian is no longer the player he used to be, and signing him at this moment seems like a bleak move!
