The wild public feud between Shakira and Gerard Pique has reached an unimaginable level. Till now, it was only either of them throwing shade at each other due to their personal differences. However, fans have now taken it to another level. The former celebrity couple has indirectly featured in multiple carnivals. The fans are thoroughly enjoying the banter between Gerard Pique and his ex-girlfriend, Shakira.

Carnivals across Spain, Brazil, Colombia, and many other places have indirectly featured the celebrity couple. The clips from these carnivals have gone viral after surfacing on social media.

A few other fans have worn FC Barcelona kits with Pique’s squad number on their backs. All these fans are joyfully dancing and singing the diss track on the streets. These fans have taken the banter between Shakira and Pique and turned it into an enjoyable event. Casino-shaped vehicles and quite a few Twingo’s were also part of the carnival. It’s safe to say that the fans have taken note of every minor reference from the controversy.

A few women also dressed up as witches in reference to Shakira’s bold gesture toward her mother-in-law. The Colombian hanged a ‘witch’ mannequin on her balcony and pointed it straight at her mother-in-law’s window. Other fans have literally dressed like journalists with a camera too. This is to highlight the over-involvement of the media in the entire controversy.

However, the drama doesn’t end there. The Colombian singer is planning to release two more songs in the near future. Fellow Colombian star, Karol G has already hinted that her collaboration with Shakira was to create another diss track. Another single with Manuel Turizo is reportedly also waiting in the pipeline to be released soon. The fans literally are hoping this controversy catches further fire.
