Manchester United’s coach Erik ten Hag has once again been caught in an awkward situation. After dismissing Cristiano Ronaldo from the team, the Dutchman chose to punish the $100 million Jadon Sancho. However, the coach has now been questioned sternly by a journalist about his demand for an apology from Sancho. But the coach answered by pointing out his problem with the player ‘all the way.’

Ten Hag has not been able to rightly justify a few of the decisions he’s been taking for the club. The coach has been accused of making unnecessary transfers, and now additionally, he is being questioned about the problem with the players.

Speaking to Sky Sports, with many different stories coming in, Erik ten Hag was asked, “What absolutely went wrong with Jadon Sancho?” to which the coach replied, “He’s now at Dortmund, so after he was signed one year before, there were issues. When further asked if things would have been different if Sancho apologized, ten Hag said, “He knows what he should do, and we have made that clear, and it was also so clear and obvious about his performance.” and did not provide a clear-cut answer but still wished the player the best of luck.

Sancho had a below-par stint with the Red Devils, but ten Hag’s earlier claim was Sancho’s discipline. The English international was accused of arriving late to the training, not just by the former Ajax coach but also by former United player Nemanja Matic. But it looks like the reason has now been claimed for his performance.
