With an option given between Neymar and multiple players, the former World Cup winner chose the Al Hilal star over many, except Messi. Shockingly, the list also included Cristiano Ronaldo, whom Pique did not consider, stirring up the GOAT debate.

Although Zidane may have been Pique’s rival in the past playing for Real Madrid, Ronaldinho is a Barcelona legend who resurrected the team in the mid-2000s. Nevertheless, looks like the Spaniard took the ‘favorite’ part in the question as a main consideration. Meanwhile, Neymar has been noted as a generational talent by many experts.

Neymar chose Pique and Thiago Silva as his favorite defenders, along with Messi and R9 as attackers sidelining Real Madrid icon, CR7.

This interestingly comes after the news that Neymar will be a part of Pique’s Kings League extending their association. Overall, it looks like Pique still has a bond with his former Barcelona teammate. And the retired defender has chosen to back his former colleagues than the rivals.
