Welsh club has started their preparations for the next season. They will know their fixtures for League Two, League Cup, and EFL Trophy on June 22. The club will travel to the US for the preseason and play against Chelsea and Manchester United. The world’s third-oldest club will target players in the upcoming transfer window to strengthen their squad to go into the new season.

The Red Dragons will go into the new season after a record-breaking season and would have momentum with them. That’s what the club star feels who is backing Ryan Reynolds’ club for another stellar season, setting a massive promotion goal. Ryan Barnett said“I think the target next season has to be promotion again and hopefully win the league,” setting an enormous goal for next season.

“We have got a good squad here, and I am sure the manager will add to that. We’ve got a great basis to go again next season. We have got the confidence and will have the momentum going into next year, so I think we will be alright,” Barnett added on the chances of the club next season.

Barnett joined the Red Dragons in February this year from Solihull Moors. The 23-year-old made over ten appearances for the Red Dragons since his arrival. He will hope to help the club in the fourth division next season.

League Two has three automatic promotion spots. The playoffs decide the remaining spot, where teams ranked fourth to seventh play each other for the promotion. Wrexham will definitely target to finish in the top seven to be in contention for the promotion.

It will be an uphill task for the Ryan Reynolds’ club to achieve another promotion. They will look to bolster their roster ahead of the new season to give themselves a chance to finish in the top seven. It will be interesting to see how the Red Dragons perform in League Two after 15 years.
