USWNT is looking to replace Vlatko Andonovski

Vlatko Andonovski’s tenure as coach of the US Women’s National Team came to a disappointing end during the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. The search is now on for a new coach, and reports suggest that former FC Barcelona Femení coach Lluis Cortes is at the top of the list. The US Soccer board views Cortes as an ideal candidate for the position, considering his success with Barcelona and recent departure from coaching the Ukrainian national team. It appears likely that Cortes will be chosen as the next coach to lead the USWNT.
