In a recent interview, Chiquis couldn’t control her emotions while speaking about Shakira.

In an exclusive interview with TV Notas, the American singer spoke about one of her favorites, Shakira. Chiquis seems to have the utmost level of respect and empathy for her. In 2022, Shakira released ‘Monotonia’, a new track in collaboration with Ozuna. At that time, Chiquis shockingly revealed that she was absolutely ready to marry the Latin American singer.

Considering her recent success with her diss tracks in collaboration with Bizarrap and Karol G, the interviewer felt the need to bring up the topic again. However, Chiquis was as confident as ever with her statements. She emotionally said, “She’s my idol, I love her. I don’t take anything away from Shakira, she’s a woman who…Talented, beautiful and I support her one hundred percent”, as transcribed by Telemundo.

The singer continued, “In fact, I once said, ‘I marry her and I never hurt her’, ah and they are not going to take that part eh, they will not talk about that”. Clearly, the 37-year-old singer didn’t hold back while showcasing her admiration for Shakira.
