Christian Atsu might be stuck in the rubble in Turkey

This story is about Christian Atsu who was stuck in the rubble somewhere in Turkey. However, there is no sign of him being rescued. It is for sure that the building he was in during the quake collapsed, leaving him trapped in the rubble. On Tuesday, the vice president of his club Hatayspor reported that he had been rescued from the rubble and was being rushed to the hospital.

Atsu’s wife talked to the BBC and said, “It was quite shocking, as you can imagine, with the club confirming that he has been found alive and taken to hospital. And 11 hours later, my children had to hear it from the radio saying that they still don’t know where he is. I know that his agent is there and they are trying their best to find him. So I trust that he will bring me the news that if he sees him or speaks to him. But it’s quite confusing, everything. I still pray and believe he’s alive.“

Everyone is looking for answers. There is no statement from his club apart from the initial claim that Atsu has been rescued. His family and fans are praying for his well-being and waiting to get a definitive answer.
