Alongside an image of Lionel Messi donning his PSG jersey, they captioned their post, “On Ligue 1, the opinion of the best player of all time.” Additionally, they shared a past quote from the Inter Miami forward praising Ligue 1 for its physicality and tough competition.

The quote reads, “It’s a much more physical championship than the league. The teams seem more physical and the matches are tough, they leave you very little space. The players are very strong.” The Ligue 1’s actions starkly indicate their propensity to regard Messi’s viewpoint with higher esteem while calling him the ‘GOAT’ over the Portuguese. Along with Ligue 1, LOSC Lille’s manager, Paulo Fonseca, has likewise addressed the remarks made by the face of Al Nassr.
