The match Atlanta United vs San Jose was one-sided during the regular time. Jeremy Ebobisse scored a 12th-minute stunner for San Jose, which Atlanta United could equalize in the next 78 minutes. When the referee added 10 minutes to the game, it was 1-0 for San Jose.

Thiago Almada scored a 90+3 minute equalizer on the back of an amazing pass by Brooks Lennon. But the work wasn’t done, he got a free kick 90+9th minute. If Atlanta United was going to win this game, this is the time. He had to convert the kick. He did not disappoint. A rocket of a kick to the left top corner of the goalkeeper.
This kick is very reminiscent of what Lionel Messi did for PSG just a week back. He also got a free kick at the very last minute of the game. Lionel Messi reminded fans that he is still a match-winner with that kick.
