Lionel Messi is subject to transfer speculation again after news of him not renewing his PSG contract. Argentine, who is in the last five months of his contract now, will be a free agent in the summer and can enter into a pre-agreement with any other club. After Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi might leave European soccer in the summer of this year with David Beckham’s club, confident of signing him.

It will be another iconic free transfer if Messi moves away from the Parisian club. Transfer experts reported earlier that the former Barcelona legend would renew with PSG, but winning the World Cup has changed everything. Inter Miami is leading the race, as per many reports.

It is now up to the player to decide which club he wants to play for next season. If Messi decides to play in MLS, it will be a tremendous boost for soccer in the country. MLS Fans will be happy to have Messi in the US, especially after Cristiano Ronaldo snubbed the league last month.

It comes as great news for MLS after Ronaldo’s snub

The package offered by Kansas City, including the wages, was very close to that of the Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr. But the former Real Madrid superstar decided against it and joined Al Nassr to become the highest-paid athlete.
