Kessler, in his tweet, stated, “Manchester City are frontrunners in a race with Europe’s elite to sign American prospect Cavan Sullivan. The attacking midfielder is not eligible to confirm a move to Europe until he turns 16. The possibility is discussed to then spend two seasons at a club within the City Football Group, most likely at Lommel SK in Belgium.”
