Injury Updates

Manchester City: The Sky Blues have suffered uncomfortable injury blows this season. Nevertheless, defender Kyle Walker and midfielder Kevin DeBruyne are expected to be back against Luton after suffering a hamstring injury and sickness respectively. However, Nathan Ake whose issue is not disclosed could still be away. In addition, Phil Foden limped off during the Real Madrid game but nothing serious has been reported. Anyhow, after going blank against Real Madrid in the Champions League, Erling Haaland seems to be fit and hungry for goals once again.

Luton Town: The club faced a huge setback after their captain Tom Lockyer had to be away from the game after suffering a cardiac arrest last year. Other than that, injuries have been a constant issue for the Hatters. Both Marvelous Nakamba and Jacob Brown are out with meniscus and cartilage issues. Additionally, Sambi Lokonga, Elijah Adebayo, Chiedozie Ogbene, Mads Andersen Amari’i Bell, and Dan Potts have all been suffering leg injuries.  Nevertheless, the last win against Bournemouth despite a similar situation will boost Luton’s morale.
