Firstly Rob McElhenney showed off his Wrexham bracelet that a fan gifted them and plans to make it available for sale. Reynolds jokingly responded with “Mine was stolen by my daughter”. He then spoke in-depth about the desire to bring the merchandise they have been wearing to those who want it. “Yeah, this hat is going to be available,” Reynolds shared. “I know we’re making a bunch of these”.

He further added by telling the backstory behind the famous Wrexham jacket he has been seen wearing. “And then the other stuff is really, actually, like the jacket I wear is just a jacket I owned and I sewed a Wrexham patch on it and had somebody laminate Wrexham AFC on the back. I was like, I may as well utilize one of my own jackets,” Reynolds added.

Reynolds is committed to ensuring that merchandise supplies are meeting up with his and Rob’s expectations. He finished by saying “Hopefully, we’ll find something that makes sense for the club and something we can do sustainably and we’ll bring it to the shop”.

Fans of the team can now look forward to soon getting their hands on this merchandise. However, this is not the only good news for Wrexham fans. The team’s success is demonstrated by another piece of news: its value has increased by 300 percent.

Wrexham AFC has seen rapid success since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney acquired the team in 2020. The two Hollywood stars initially paid around $2.5 million. However, the club is now worth over 300% of its original value according to GOAL.
