Neymar Jr is arguably the third-best player of this generation behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The Brazilian maestro’s journey to the top is full of hard work and perseverance. Neymar made his top-flight debut for Santos in 2009 but he toiled there for 4 years. It is only after scoring an astounding 107 goals in 177 appearances that he ended up securing a move to Barcelona. But since then, the Brazilian hasn’t looked back.

Neymar after winning multiple trophies with Barcelona made a world record move to PSG for a whopping sum of €222 million. However, compared to the high standards he set at his previous clubs, the Brazilian hasn’t performed to his expected level. Amidst rumors of a PSG exit, Brazilian giants Flamengo have ruled out the possibility of Neymar returning back to Brazil.
