He believes that there are a lot of unnecessary competitions in which teams take part. The French midfielder told NOS, “We really have to do something about the schedule. We play 70-80 games per season. If we want to play until age 38/39, it would be difficult for our body. We have many different competitions, and not all of them are really important”.

Despite being only 23, the Frenchman has complained about how many games he has to feature in. While on the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo, hopes to keep fit in the tight schedule.
