With 1 match remaining in the season, the team now has an undefeatable lead and will lift the trophy in front of the home crowd at Racecourse ground on the 26th of march. To celebrate this historical feat, Wrexham is trying to break the all-time attendance record of the Women’s league and celebrate the win in style.

According to the reports, the club has already sold 4,300 tickets for the last match which rendered them only 900 ticket sales behind breaking the all-time record. With 12 days more to go club is hoping that they will achieve this feat.

The standing record belongs to Cardiff City Women from when they hosted Abergavenny back in November last year. 5, 175 fans attended that game, and the Welsh red dragons aim to top that historical feat.

While the Women’s team was working towards the Historical trophy, the men’s team was shocking fans and pundits with their performance in the FA Cup. In the Historical tournament, 5th tier Wrexham defeated the 2nd tier Coventry shocking absolutely everyone. That performance gave Ryan Reynolds the confidence to announce this multi-decade plan for the Welsh club.
