Cristiano Ronaldo and billion euro feet

McKennie, behind the scenes before the presentation, shared a funny Ronaldo incident in a video released by Leeds. The USMNT star was seen laughing in the video while sharing the incident while preparing for the presentation.

McKennie said“One story with Ronaldo. He was getting a massage, and I was walking by and said, ‘Oh my gosh, your feet look terrible!’ and he said ‘My friend, these feet are worth one billion euros’. I said ‘You’re right, respect’.”

McKennie will start a new chapter of his career with Leeds and is in line to make his debut this weekend against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. He joined Juventus from Schalke on loan in the 2020-21 season. Juventus made the loan permanent and signed the player on a four-year contract.

However, things were not going well for the midfielder, with his game time going down. It was a result of injuries and inconsistent form. McKennie was out for three months at the end of last season after suffering a metatarsal injury. New manager Allegri was not keen on using him more this season. He was looking for a way out to play more, and Leeds got their man on a loan deal with an option to buy.
