  1. Cannot leave the country

According to reports, the court has restricted the soccer player’s privilege to travel. As per this condition, reports suggest that he will have to hand over his Brazilian and Spanish passports. It will also mean that Alves cannot enter his home country or even leave Spain, the current nation he resides in. Earlier, Alves was rejected bail for being a flight risk and moving away from Spain.

2. He must also show up at the court often

Another critical prerequisite for Dani Alves is to present himself to the court every week. Moreover, it is not fixed, as Dani Alves should be readily available to appear any time the court calls him. Reports suggest that Alves is ready to cooperate with the conditions set. The 40-year-old reportedly assured of staying in Spain and stated“I believe in justice. I’m not going to run away and I will be at the disposal of the court until the end.”
