The Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor notably shared the statement, “We look at the entire club as a massive investment and an investment in the club, investment in the town and an investment in the future.” He further added, “And neither one of us wants to put ourselves or the club in a position where anyone, including us, are just writing checks to keep the business of the club afloat.”

The broadcaster probed for a true indication of the possibility of new investors in the future for Wrexham. He received further declarative from McElhenney that he and Reynolds wish to establish their role in the ownership of the club for the “rest of their lives.”
