Chelsea sacked Graham Potter recently, and it didn’t surprise any fan. Almost everyone knew where things were leading to. Although many prominent names are calling out Todd Boehly, the owner of the club, for letting this situation brew up.
In September last year, Chelsea sacked Thomas Tuchel, the Champions-winning manager. That move was an enormous surprise. The January window came and Todd Boehly went wild signing every available player. Fans ridiculed him, trolled him, and questioned his leadership ability.
To say these signings are coming to haunt him back would be an understatement. Chelsea has only won three EPL matches this year. We are well into April and a club that spent around 600 million USD in January on new signings, has won just three matches. Understandably, Todd Boehly is again in the crosshairs of many experts.

Almost every expert and pundit has criticized Boehly for that decision. He might have had Chelsea for less than a year but, he is not a newbie in owning sporting teams. He owns NBA Powerhouse LA Lakers and the MLB team LA Dodgers. Fans expected the team to go on terrorizing EPL after the new signing, however, the reality has been nothing short of disappointing.
Boehly waiting for Jose Mourinho?
Richard Keys also discussed potentially the future plans of the Premier League club. He divulges the theory that they must be waiting for Jose Mourinho. Nobody has discussed this possibility yet.
