Cristiano Ronaldo‘s move to Al-Nassr from Manchester United back in 2022 stunned the world. Before his spell at Manchester United, Cristiano had a great spell with Italian giant Juventus, scoring for fun. Italian manager Simone Inzaghi recently met with the star on his recent trip, questioning him on his move to Saudi.

The Portuguese star was linked to multiple European sides after his fall-out with Manchester United. However, Ronaldo decided he was done with European football and decided to make his way to Al Nassr. While Cristiano has been making waves during his time with Al Nassr. It would have been interesting to see the star play under Simone Inzaghi.

Following Cristiano Ronaldo’s move to Manchester United, Simone Inzaghi had a stunning run with Inter Milan. Inzaghi led the Milan side to the Scudetto with 28 wins in 38 games. The Inter Milan manager recently met with Ronaldo during his vacation in Sardinia.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inzaghi spotted Cristiano on his yacht and the water biked all the way to meet the Portuguese star. The manager after meeting Ronaldo’s guards, introduced himself and asked to get a meeting with the star.

With Al Nassr now in the finals of the Arab Club Champions Cup, Ronaldo is one step away from bagging his first silverware in the Middle East. The side will face rivals Al Hilal in the finals of the tournament. Al Hilal looking in good touch following their big wins over Al Shadab and Al Ittihad.

It will be interesting to see if Cristiano is up for the challenge and get past club rivals to clinch his first title with Al-Nassr.
