For Victoria Beckham, the buildup to the Paris Fashion Week couldn’t have gone worse. The fashion influencer was seen limping at the fashion show on metal clutches, albeit stylish ones. As per her husband David Beckham, this was due to a ‘little accident in the gym’. But on the night, Victoria did receive a brutal surprise as some guests joined her models on the ramp with placards.

A successful fashion designer, Victoria Beckham, first appeared in the Paris Fashion Week in 2022. Her fashion brand has been synonymous with its high-quality products, especially the leather design ones. But, this ultimately came back to bite them yesterday.

PETA protesters deliver strong statement to David Beckham & wife in an unexpected manner

Alongside Victoria yesterday were David Beckham, their children, along with Nicola Peltz (daughter-in-law). The family was enjoying the show until the unexpected disruption. Out of nowhere, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) campaigners joined in with Victoria’s models on the catwalk. The protesters had signs saying ‘Viva vegan leather’ and wore shirts with the message, ‘ANIMALS AREN’T FABRIC’.

It is worth noting that the Beckham fashion brand does not use animal skins in their products. But, they do use animal leather and this is not right as per PETA president Mimi Bekhechi. She said via PETA UK, “We are urging Victoria Beckham to turn instead to the ethical and eco-friendly innovations available today, such as high-end leather made from apples, grapes, pineapples, mushrooms, and more.”

Following the impromptu appearance, Victoria made her appearance at the show’s finale. She wore an all-black outfit which perfectly complimented her protective black boots and clutches. While her lack of mobility was evident, she did walk past the front row and even blew a kiss to the crowd. Notably, Brazilian star and ex-teammate of David Beckham, Ronaldo Nazario was in attendance for the show.

On the whole, Paris Fashion Week would not have been the most positive experience for Victoria or David Beckham. But the power couple were not the only soccer entities in attendance, as Georgina Rodriguez stole the show in Paris.

Georgina Rodriguez stuns in ‘soccer style’

Out of the various costumes and designs presented at the Paris Fashion Week, perhaps Georgina Rodriguez had the most unique theme. She was in attendance as a model for the Swiss luxury brand ‘Vetements’. She wore what looked like a Manchester United T-shirt with the name ‘Ronaldo’ and No. 7 on the front. However, unlike a regular soccer shirt, this was extended into a long dress without any club logos.

The shirt even had Cristiano Ronaldo‘s signature on it. While the soccer icon did not accompany his partner, he did leave a message for her on the shirt. The Portuguese star had scribbled on the back, “for the love of my life.” And it’s safe to say that Georgina’s look was a huge hit among the Paparazzi.
