Despite his prodigious talent, the AS Roma star could not emerge as a key player for his national side. In 8 years, Dybala has earned just 38 caps for La Albiceleste. The reason is his inability to stitch a partnership with Messi. Interestingly, La Joya seems to cherish the ‘wonderful‘ partnership he had with CR7.

Messi previously said, “With me in the national team he (Dybala) played further out on the left, which he’s not as used to.” For the club sides, both Dybala and Messi play in the central playmaker roles. The most likely reason could be the challenging transfer procedure that consists of the initial application, agreement copy, and the final copy. The lengthiest of these is submitting the initial application.
