The success that he has brought to the Welsh soccer side was once unimaginable. A few weeks ago, reports suggested that the Canadian actor was now interested in expanding his horizon. Reynolds was reportedly looking to possibly take over the Ottawa Senators. With time, those rumors have only gotten stronger and truer.

As per Ottawa Sun, the Hollywood star has now joined forces with Remington Group for the way ahead. Christopher Bratty is currently the president of the Remington Group. Reynolds will now play an active role in preparing a bid for the potential takeover of the Ottawa Senators. However, the plans do not stop there. Along with his production company, Maximum Effort, Reynolds also plans on creating a web series for this too.

It will be very similar to ‘Welcome to Wrexham’. This is one of the main reasons why the NHL Commissioner, Gary Bettman wants the Canadian actor on board. Bettman truly believes that Reynolds carries a wonderful aura and presence wherever he goes.
