Stefanos Tsitsipas Receives a Love Letter From a Chinese Fan at Shanghai Rolex Masters 2019

Rising tennis sensation Stefanos Tsitsipas is delighted to receive so much support from the fans at the Shanghai Rolex Masters 2019, last week as he reveals that he received so many gifts in the past two days as he also mentioned about a special fan in China.

Stefanos Tsitsipas, who had stunned the defending champion and the world No.1 Novak Djokovic at the 2019 Shanghai Masters last week, revealed in an interview that he received a lot of support and appreciation from the Chinese fans in the past one week.

Stefanos Tsitsipas disclosed that he got many gifts from his fans and the Greek referred to a fan, in particular, who is behind him all the time. He said: “Well, I received a lot of gifts let me tell you in the last couple of days. I have one fan in particular that has been going after me all the time. She is my number one fan I would say.”

Tsitsipas further divulged that the Chinese girl has been following him right after he came to China and also sends love letters and many gifts to him.

“They are all number one but she, in particular, started following me I think that’s the very first time I came to China. So I do appreciate that and she does write love letters to me, plenty of gifts which I do appreciate a lot and she is very kind of polite which is nice,” the Greek added.

Stefanos Tsitsipas was defeated by the eventual champion Daniil Medvedev in straight sets in the semifinals of the Shanghai Masters 1000. However, it looks like the 21-year-old will take away a lot of good memories and gifts from China as the next-generation star happy to receive the presents and see how much he is supported around the world.
