I am Sarthak Khanna. I first got involved in bodybuilding after watching the legendary documentary Pumping Iron. Having been a soccer enthusiast for years, I got my first gym membership as part of a rehabilitation routine after injuring my leg while playing soccer. However, my love of lifting gradually grew and I became more interested in bodybuilding. This is when I developed an admiration for legends such as Tom Platz and Dorian Yates, who inspire me to write about them and at the same time live up to their values in real life. I try to offer a new angle on the bodybuilding world through my writings, by combining my academic skills with my real passion for fitness, bodybuilding, and the athletes involved.
