WATCH: Roger Federer Shows Off Amazing Trick Shots During Snowfall and Quarantine

The Swiss maestro Roger Federer is home-quarantined amid the lockdowns in his home country of Switzerland. But the legend cannot stay without swinging his tennis racquets. On Monday Federer posted a video, where he was beating the tennis ball against the wall amidst the snowy conditions.

While rallying against the wall, Roger came up with a hat-trick of ‘tweeners’ and ‘behind the back’ shots. Also, the amusing exercise was accompanied by his iconic shots forehands and backhand slices. “Making sure I still remember how to hit trick shots,” Roger Federer posted.

And his arch-rival, Rafael Nadal, is working on his fitness by staying at home in Mallorca, Spain.

Federer’s contribution to COVID-19 outbreak

Recently, World Number four Roger and his wife, Mirka Federer donated a sum of one million Swiss Francs to the most vulnerable families affected by the coronavirus in Switzerland.

“Mirka and I have personally decided to donate one million Swiss Francs for the most vulnerable families in Switzerland. Our contribution is just a start. We hope that others might join in supporting more families in need. Together we can overcome this crisis! Stay healthy!” Federer said.

After his generous gesture of humanity,  his sponsors Uniqlo announced their initiative. They will be procuring and donating 10 million masks to high-priority health-care sectors all over the world. After coming across their kind-hearted move, Roger Federer thanked them by posting “Thank You For Your Support.”

Amid the lockdowns in the major part of the world, and tennis tour been being shut, it seems the professionals just can’t stay without playing tennis. On Sunday, Italian tennis player Fabio Fognini and his Grand Slam champion wife Flavia Pennetta were playing tennis in their backyard.
