Fans from all over the world have been captivated by the highly anticipated soccer collaboration. And Real Madrid’s tennis fan, Rafael Nadal, is no different in expressing his views about Kylian Mbappe moving to Real Madrid. The tennis sensation expressed his interest in watching Mbappe at Santiago Bernabeu recently. But things are now hanging on a balance, as reports suggest that talks are not moving forward as expected. However, Nadal, who is known to be a die-hard supporter of the club, looks optimistic about the star’s presence in the team.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid has been lurking around PSG for the French international since 2021, and he has been evading them since then. But looking at the current scenario, Nadal feels he could intervene in bringing the star to the club.

The 22-time Grand Slam winner is not short on praise for Los Blancos. The club has won 29 games this season, making it their best-ever start to this point. Nevertheless, Nadal feels that the most successful club in Europe should definitely sign Kylian Mbappe to make it a brutal force. Speaking to COPE, Nadal, when asked whether to sign Mbappe, said, “For me, yes. If I could contribute in some way, I would.” The 37-year-old also stated, “Real Madrid has a super team, beyond the disaster of injuries this year. With Mbappé, they would be even better.” And it seems like the tennis star has a valid point.

On the other hand, Mbappe keeps proving why he’s the most in-demand player in soccer. The 25-year-old helped PSG win their critical UEFA Champions League home game against Real Sociedad yesterday. Mbappe also scored an impressive 30 goals in just 29 games this season, despite starting slow. But challenges for Real Madrid to hire the Frenchman are getting more formidable.

Carlo Ancelotti’s team offered Mbappe a staggering $188 million in 2021, which PSG rejected to keep the star. Later, it was Mbappe’s turn to reject another offer, deciding to extend his contract with the French club. But in the current scenario, after three years of pursuit, Real Madrid is not ready to shell out the amount Mbappe expects. The Frenchman is currently earning $80.8 million, excluding the bonus, which the Paris club is willing to maintain in the future. But with the talisman denying moves to the Premier League, it would be interesting to see which club could grab the goal factory.
