Red Bull recently opened their account with a fighting P3 and P10, respectively with Max Verstappen occupying the podium and returning Russian driver Daniil Kvyat completing the top ten in the race.

This impressive performance has seen everyone from Mercedes and others on the grid impressed with the outfit. At the end of the day, the Christian Horner-outfit is indeed a strong side, having managed comfortably the third step on the Constructor’s Standings in 2018, a position they so seem accustomed to holding if all goes well even this year.

But that said, wouldn’t Red Bull be gunning for glory with Verstappen already seeming in good form? Who knows, for such unpredictable is the tectonic world of F1 racing.

Yet, there’s one man who feels that “this is a different Red Bull” as seen at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix.

And that man is none other than Mercedes boss Toto Wolff. Apparently, the Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff is very impressed with Honda’s improvements as seen already with both Verstappen and Kvyat collecting valuable points in the season opener.

What was also impressive and earned the appreciation from Toto Wolff was the speed trap for Red Bull.

To that end, here is what you ought to know.

“If you look at the speed trace it looks a very different Red Bull than before,” shared the Austrian. He would go on to add further and share, “They are very fast on the straights and that is good to see because we want them in the mix and to have a great fight.”

Isn’t it really incredible that a team boss of the leading outfit in the fastest form of single-seater racing is holding such great views when he’s himself commanding the most successful driver (and where recent form goes, then even the team) on the grid?
