In the final PPV of this year, we have three title fights on the main card. In the women’s bantamweight division, Amanda Nunes defends her title against Germaine de Randamie. Max Holloway defends his featherweight title against Alexander Volkanovski. However, in the most-anticipated fight of the night, Kamaru Usman defends his welterweight title against Colby Covington.

The rivalry between these two before the fight is very intriguing. That apart both fighters are two of the best welterweights on the planet at the moment. Both rely on their wrestling background and high pace to break their opponents inside the octagon. Similarities make the clash between these two welterweight elites a must-watch.

However, Kamaru Usman will have a lot to deal with on his plate during the fight week. Apart from a high level of skillsets in mixed martial arts, Covington brings in some savagery on the microphone that might play a crucial role in the fight. Well, the trash talk has already begun as Covington has issued a warning for his next opponent ahead of the title fight. Covington said:

“Once I finished my business with Lawler and set the strikes record and completely just decimated him, it was onto Marty Fakenewsman. He has been faking injuries and making excuses. On December 14th he got no choice cause Dana White made him sign the contract. And that will be the last contract he signs. Cause he is gonna be drinking smoothie through a straw after December 14th. The guy is a joke, he is a clown. His career comes to an end on December 14th. No one is gonna care about him anymore after I destroy him. I don’t have a problem with it. He is just the next guy in the way of the Colby train.”

What do you think? Who is going to win this one? Does the Nigeria Nightmare continue his terror inside the octagon? Or Colby Covington brings chaos into the octagon again?
