‘The Problem Child’ Jake Paul has already become a gigantic name in the boxing world. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has shown immense potential to attract fans to the arenas. His star power, backed by a perfect 5-0 record inside the ring, has boosted his confidence. Thus, Jake Paul is ready to challenge himself even in the MMA scene versus one of the sport’s best fighters in Conor McGregor.
Talking to the UFC bantamweight star and one of the fastest rising prospects in the promotion (Sean O’Malley), Jake Paul had a few thoughts about showdown/s with the Irish star.

While Conor McGregor has cold-shouldered Paul in the past for calling him out, ‘The Problem Child’ suggested a scenario where ‘The Notorious‘ would not be able to avoid him.
The undefeated boxer said, “I think it’s like, okay, Jake Paul beats Nate then, you know, it just gets closer and closer to Conor not being able to duck me anymore.”
The former Disney star wants a boxing contest with Nathan Diaz, who will compete in his last contractual bout with the UFC against Khamzat Chimaev at the UFC 279 headliner.
Diaz and McGregor have a long history, having been involved in two of the biggest PPV sales (UFC 196 & UFC 202) in MMA history. Besides, the Stockton native beat the Irishman in their first bout. Thus, Paul, potentially, getting a jump over the 209 representative could be his ticket to a Conor McGregor showdown.
Jake Paul will fight Conor McGregor in MMA but on one condition
The millionaire boxer shared he was open to putting on 4-ounce MMA gloves and competing against the lifelong martial artist and former UFC dual champion, Conor McGregor. However, he gave what it would take for the UFC to get there.
Can Jake Paul Beat Conor McGregor in a Boxing Match?
‘The Problem Child‘, when asked about facing McGregor at 185 lbs in MMA, said, “I would do it for sure. I have not been grappling at all or doing any sort of MMA, but I do have a wrestling background. So, I think that would definitely help and accelerate my learning curve.”
