Joe Rogan and his fascination with smelling salts have been providing the internet with many laughs. Athletes in sports like powerlifting use smelling salts, which are ammonia-based compounds, to jolt their central nervous system before attempting feats of strength. However, Rogan’s use of smelling salts and his reactions to their effects has led to many hilarious viral moments for fans of the JRE (Joe Rogan Experience) podcast! 

In the JRE episode no. 2071 with comics Kim Congdon and Sara Weinshenk, Rogan gave a shout-out to the creator of his most-used brands of salts, Jujimufu! Rogan also praised his feats of strength, which have contributed to his online popularity. And one of his guests was so intrigued that she wanted to know if the bodybuilder was “single” at the moment!

Jujimufu’s real name is Jon Call, and he gained notoriety on the internet with his acrobatic displays of strength. His incredible physique combined with his flexibility gained through years of martial arts training allow him to accomplish feats that have left fans stunned. His foray into powerlifting also led to the development of his brand of smelling salts that have found an unlikely promoter in Joe Rogan! 

In the podcast, Rogan and his guests discussed Jujimufu, praising his athletic prowess and unique abilities. The podcast host was exceptionally impressed with the feats that highlight his strength and flexibility, specifically mentioning him doing a full split while pressing 100 kilos overhead!

Rogan stated, “He’s a super jacked, powerlifter guy who does all these acrobatic things, amazing specimen, but this is his company. (talking about smelling salts)”.  He further went on to display a video of Jujimufu performing one such feat and pointed out, “Look, Jujimufu, full split while he is pressing a weight above his head. It’s 100 kilos so that’s like 220 pounds over his head while he is doing a full-split. Look at that flexibility that’s insane. With that muscle mass!”

His guests, Congdon and Weinshenk were left stunned at the athleticism on display. Both women had also tried a whiff of the smelling salts prior which prompted Congdon to state, “Yeah, these are the kind of salts Jujimufu can handle, not me”. Whereas, Weinshenk was impressed enough to inquire, “Jujimufu, are you single?”

The podcast conversation provided an entertaining and insightful exploration of Jujimufu’s unique talents, leaving both Joe Rogan and his guests fascinated by the powerlifter’s exceptional physical abilities and acrobatic skills. Ronnie Coleman is widely regarded as one of the best bodybuilders of all time, his 8-consecutive Mr. Olympia victories standing as a testament to his incredible physique and strength. The bodybuilding legend also has reacted to a video of Jujimufu’s jaw-dropping gym stunts on his YouTube channel.

In one impressive display, Jujimufu balanced a weighted barbell on his shoulders while mowing the lawn, leaving Coleman so amazed that he had to watch it again. Jujimufu followed up with a charged sled push and gripping what looked like Thor’s hammer. Another highlight included box jumps, backflips, and high-row machine reps with attached weight plates. Coleman humorously exclaimed, “No Juji, not in the snow!” as Jujimufu continued his eccentric routine!
