The O2 Arena in England became a battleground when UFC 286 fighters locked horns. The event was hugely successful, as the promotion was able to excite the fans with a spectacular fight card. When the main event fighters, Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman, fought a war against each other, the co-main event fighters, Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev blew the roof off the O2 Arena. The fans often get so excited about the main fights that they forget about the rest. Nonetheless, this time the other fighters gave a great visual treat to the fans. One of the interesting bouts of the event was between Muhammad Mokaev and Jafel Filho.

From the very beginning of the clash, “The Punisher” displayed his grappling skills; however, when the bout entered the third round, things turned troublesome for the English fighter. In the third round, Filho locked Mokaev in a tight kneebar; Many expected him to tap, but that never happened. The undefeated fighter made sure that he endured the stronghold.

Eventually, “The Punisher” became successful in trapping his opponent in a rear naked choke 4:32 minutes into the third round. Nonetheless, his opponent, Jafel Filho, is not ready to accept his loss; he feels that Mokaev has tapped, but the judges failed to notice. At the moment, the surging flyweight has shared a video clip from his 2019 bout to prove that it’s not the first time he has refused to bow down.
