The world of professional grappling has been rocked by a recent feud between two former teammates, Gordon Ryan, and Nick Rodriguez. Both were teammates in the Danaher Death Squad some time ago. Recently, the two fought at the UFC Fight Pass Invitational 3. The fight was a close call, but Ryan emerged victorious after performing slightly better in the fight.

However, the action did not end with the fight, as Ryan accused Rodriguez of greasing. Rodriguez denied this but called Ryan out for PED usage. After Ryan accused Rodriguez of the same thing, the latter opted to take a blood test to prove his natural status.

Gordon Ryan’s Offer To Randomly Test Rodriguez

Gordon Ryan was not impressed with Rodriguez’s move. He thought that Rodriguez could get away with the blood test as he might be “off-cycle”. The 27-year-old grappler put up a post on Instagram and publicly offered to fund random USADA tests for Rodriguez. Rodriguez accepted this offer in the comments section but asked for $10,000 for every clean test. He even offered to give Ryan the same amount of money if he was found to be on PEDs.

Gordon Ryan did not agree to the idea of giving $10,000 but gave a thumbs up for the random testing deal. Recently, Gordon Ryan reshared a GrapplingInsider’s article about Rodriguez’s agreement to random blood testing on his Instagram story and wrote “Can’t wait to sign the contract”.
