Diana Irena Belbita was born on June 26, 1996, in the small town of Strehaia, Romania. She has since moved to Canada in 2019 and has settled in the country to focus on her MMA career.

The 27-year-old has kept it quiet regarding her relationships, away from the public’s eyes. However, Belbita posted a picture on 24th December 2023, which had people speculating that the Romanian UFC strawweight is seeing the person in the picture.

Belbita posted a picture with UFC veteran and Bare Knuckle boxer, Cameron Vancamp on Christmas Eve of last year. The picture seemed like the two were quite familiar with each other, with a caption which wrote, “Dear Santa… I can explain.”

However, despite the speculations, neither the Romanian fighter nor the Bare Knuckle boxer confirmed the rumors of their dating.

Losses of ‘The Warrior Princess’ in her MMA career

‘The Warrior Princess’ holds a record of 15 wins and 8 losses, with 10 of them coming by way of finishes. Diana Belbita started her MMA career all the way back in 2014 against Roxanei Crisen at RFX 10. She would go on to win 4 straight until losing two straight against Cristina Stanciu and Eeva Siiskonen in 2015. She would win 3 straight after her loss but would on to receive her third loss against Ariane Lipski in May 2017. The Romanian would go on to lose her fourth fight against Iony Razafiarison later the same year.

Diana Irena Belbita would go on to win 4 straight after her fourth loss, earning herself a UFC contract. Belbita has had quite a rocky start to her UFC career, starting off with two losses against Molly McCann and Liana Jojua. She would win her next fight against Hannah Galdy but would lose her 7th fight against Gloria De Paula at UFC 289. Her latest loss came against Karolina Kowalkiewicz on 8th October 2023.
