65-year-old UFC announcer Bruce Buffer is as iconic to MMA fans as the promotion itself. Buffer started his innings at the Ultimate Fighting Championship by announcing preliminary fights at UFC 8, and has never looked back since.

However, fans are awestruck by the physique of a man who is at an age where the majority of the people aren’t even concerned about fitness. While Buffer, on the other hand, showcases his ripped abs and arms on his social media posts at this stage of his life.

But are those abdominal muscles not natural? Are they implants? This has been a burning question in the MMA community for a while. And for fans’ delight, Bruce Buffer had a say on it in a recent episode of his podcast.

A guest on his podcast was stressing on the importance of health in these tough times and jokingly mentioned abs implants, to which Buffer replied. “Just a constant laugh every time I hear that crap… everybody just says that get off your b*tt, work out, eat right. See if you can see your.”

Buffer later continued, “I think it’s the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. It’s just, it’s ridiculous.”

We hope the fans do get some clarity about Buffer’s abs situation after this and they can come to a conclusion about the UFC’s staple announcer’s fitness.

However, one thing is true, Bruce Buffer is outdoing himself with a variety of workouts at this age and it is clear on his social media posts. And why not, when you have been anointed as the GOAT by NFL legend Tom Brady himself, you sure are someone who is doing things that others in your place can not.

The iconic catchphrase ‘Its Time’ made famous by the announcer is now also the name of his podcast, where he calls upon guests from the UFC and other fields to chat with. Apart from that, Buffer shares videos of himself sparring, weight training and not to forget working on his abs.

In one of his posts, Buffer said that he works out for as long as 2 hours. He is comfortable doing cardio circuit trainings with kettlebells, dumbbells and also inculcates sit-ups, push-ups and squats in his workouts on the regular.
