Joe Rogan has some deadly force in his kicks! In fact, many consider his kicks to be harder than some professional fighters. His unforgiving strikes almost led to a fatal injury for the renowned ONE Championship fighter, Liam Harrison.

From a young age, Rogan’s path to martial prowess was evident as he delved into the world of combat sports. At a mere 14 years old, he embarked on a journey of karate, swiftly followed by taekwondo a year later. As fate would have it, these disciplines become an integral part of his identity. He proudly holds black belts in both Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu. Even today, at the age of 55, Rogan continues to uphold a level of physical fitness that rivals that of top-tier fighters.

Recently, ‘The Hitman’ Liam Harrison recalled his firsthand encounter with the thunderous power behind Rogan’s kicks. He disclosed that the experience left him utterly astounded and almost severely injured.

The 37-year-old fighter continued, “He’s built like a silverback, he’s so muscly and his legs are big. He did have a lot of power and the rumours are true about him kicking very hard. To be fair, he’s also in his mid fifties now, so imagine what he would have been like 20 years ago when he was kicking as well? Fair play to him.”
