The first pay-per-view UFC event in 2021 was UFC 257, which witnessed the second bout between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor. Sadly, Rogan did not commentate on this event as it took place in Abu Dhabi. However, his commentary at UFC 258 was absolutely loved by the spectators. Similarly, he was also present at 259; the event where Jan Blachowicz faced Israel Adesanya. Here, Rogan faced criticism because of a big mistake he made while interviewing the Polish fighter. However, the commentator gracefully accepted his mistake.

At UFC 260, the famous commentator and comedian were present at the UFC APEX to make the atmosphere lively. However, it was his hilarious reaction at UFC 261 that stole the entire show. When Kamaru Usman knocked out Jorge Masvidal, Rogan’s reaction got him trending on Twitter. He was further also seen at UFC 262, 263, and 264. Unfortunately, his presence was missed during a few UFC PPV events after 264.

Which UFC PPV events did Joe Rogan miss?

UFC 265 took place at Toyota Center, Houston, Texas, whereas UFC 266 took place in Las Vegas. But despite both the events being US-based PPV, Rogan was not a part of the commentary booth. It is said that he wasn’t a part of 265 because it clashed with his comedy tour schedule. Instead, Daniel Cormier, Dominick Cruz, and Jon Anik were seen fulfilling the commentator duties.

How many PPV events did Joe Rogan attend in 2021?

While Rogan missed two great US-based PPV events, he returned after a four-month-long absence. He was seen back at his commentator duties at UFC 268. Jon Anik and ‘DC’ joined him. Once again, at UFC 269, all three commentators were present to lend their voice to the blockbuster fights. This event marked the last PPV event for the promotion.

Many shocking outcomes took place during the 269 main card. When Julianna Peña submitted Amanda Nunes, all the three commentators went ballistic. Fans wholeheartedly enjoyed their reactions.
