‘I’m Just a Troll at the End of the Day’- Jake Paul Says Everyone is Playing His Game

YouTube star Jake Paul has become one of the most popular figures on the internet today. He is an actor, social media influencer, content creator and now competes as a professional boxer. After beating a former UFC Fighter in his third professional fight, Paul’s popularity has skyrocketed. ‘The Problem Child now is one of the most talked-about figures in the world of combat sport.

Paul joined Ariel Helwani from ESPN MMA, where he discussed his current position in the combat world. Jake Paul said he is trolling his contemporaries, and all the other fighters and fans are behaving the way he wants them to.

“I think combat sports needed some spunk, and it’s almost like the WWE is now mixing in with boxing and MMA. Well, I am sort of playing a game here like I’m just a troll at the end of the day. And so people are playing my game and I knew it was gonna happen.

“When I like started beating all these MMA fighters, but I didn’t again think I would have the biggest names in the sport and you know from Conor McGregor talking about me and Dana White talking about me at Daniel Cormier getting out of his seat to come try and fight me.”

Jake Paul is feeding off the hate from combat sport fans

‘The Problem Child’ grabbed the attention of the fans when he attended the UFC 261 event. People in the crowd started chanting “F*ck Jake Paul”. Paul loved the spotlight as he knows people will pay to see him lose in his every fight. The hate and reactions from the combat sports fans are generating him a lot of money. Jake Paul is the ultimate opportunist and has missed no chance of getting in the midst of controversy.

The YouTube star said,” I feel like the matador and the whole fight world is the bull.” Paul has done a good job of getting under the skin of many MMA fighters like Daniel Cormier, Nate Diaz, and more. He was involved in an argument with Daniel Cormier at UFC 261. Cormier left his commentator booth to face ‘The Problem Child’ as he claims Paul was trolling him from a distance.
