Ahead of his fight in Abu Dhabi, Khamzat Chimaev recently released a video on his YouTube channel, showing his preparation for UFC 294. The video started off with the Emirati fighter taking a cold plunge or an ice bath. Meanwhile, the video transitioned to Chimaev being engaged in a praying session. Joe Rogan would have certainly loved to see the undefeated fighter making use of the ice bath therapy.

Furthermore, Chimaev was joined by another one of his training partners, who joined him in taking the cold plunge. The video cut to a scene where it showed that ‘Borz’ had been inside the ice-filled tub for about 4 minutes. However, the video did not mention exactly how much time he spent inside the tub. When it comes to Joe Rogan, he not only advised people to take an ice bath but also mentioned how it helps the body. Let’s see what he had to say.
