Conor McGregor‘s return is getting delayed but who is at fault? Well, according to the MMA community, Dana White is delaying McGregor for an indefinite period as he wants ‘Notorious’ to sign a new contract with them. Even Michael Chandler has grown sick and tired of waiting for McGregor, but wait, is White really at fault here? Well, as per UFC insider and former fighter, Chael Sonnen, White is doing everything possible for McGregor’s comeback.

“You get reminded that Dana White will not do anything, and , that something has a reasonable chance to bounce into something else. Everything must be a springboard, right? Every idea Dana drops lands onto a trampoline – whoop! – and it shoots up if it ever drops onto a vortex.” said Sonnen in his YouTube handle.

He further added, “It stays or it cuts a hole in the trampoline and falls into the ground. It’s just not going to happen. It must lead to something else, the potential and the possibility of doing something, no matter how wonderful; they can grow into something even more wonderful.” Dana White is specifically preoccupied with UFC 300 and beyond that and he is doing everything for the ultimate good of the promotion.

Well, McGregor’s return is yet to happen. For now, let us move our focus to something recent. UFC Vegas 85 witnessed a clash of various fighters. However, Tom Hardy seems to be unimpressed by the event.

Hollywood sensation Tom Hardy unimpressed by UFC Vegas 85

UFC Vegas 85 featured several bouts, with notable fighters such as Jairzinho ͏Rozen͏struik, Shamil Gaziev, Muhammad Mokaev, ͏Umar Nurmagomedov, and more. Many of the fights appeared to be one-sided, leaving the audience ͏disappointed, especially with the main event.

Tom Hardy was in the audience and from the look on his face, we could understand that he was not having the best time of his life witnessing the event. The main event was quite disappointing, especially since the referee had to stop it because of a potential injury to Gaziev.

From the staring of the bout, Gaziev took heavy damage from Rozen͏struik jabs, and in the fourth round Gaziev told his team that he could not see properly from his eyes. This took the attention of the referee, Marc Goddard, who stepped in to stop the match.

Well enough about the boring clashes, Now let us shift our focus to something more interesting that is coming soon: UFC 299.

Sean O’Malley’s plan for UFC 299 main event

Sean O’Malley and Marlon Vera are about to clash at UFC 299. This would be O’Malley’s first title defense after becoming champion after defeating Aljamain Sterling. Their initial clash resulted in ‘Suga’s defeat in the very first round by way of Tko. The clash not only broke O’Malley’s undefeated streak but also injured ‘Suga’ to the extent that he had to stay away from the octagon for more than six months.

However, O’Malley is making sure that he won’t make the same mistakes again. While having a conversation with the UFC, O’Malley said, “Chito is very good; he’s beaten some really, really good guys. Not taking anything away from him, I just believe I’m better in every aspect.

“Yep, but it’s a 25-minute fight. I can’t come out there the first round trying to put him out, and then there he is second, third, fourth, fifth round, just still on me, and I’m gassed out. How I need to show up for this fight and where I need to be at mentally, does he? We’ll see,” said the bantamweight champion.
