In this day and age, everybody is taking fitness seriously. Eating right and working out is something that everyone does these days. However, if you want really healthy and nutritious food, you have to be ready to pay a higher price as compared to ‘junk food’ or ‘fast food’. When Rogan said that healthy food is available to people on a budget, the fans didn’t waste a minute in giving the UFC commentator a reality check.

Rogan, as an example, mentioned buying beef from Costco, rationing it, and eating it every day. One fan took a dig at that and said, “I like how Joe’s example of an affordable healthy diet is carnivore. Eat nothing but ground beef.
