After one of the biggest and last pay-per-view of the year, the UFC is back with yet another action-packed event, UFC Vegas 45. The event will take place inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

An intriguing heavyweight bout between Chris Daukas and Derrick Lewis will headline the event on Sunday, 19th December. Apart from the main event, the fight card reflects many amazing bouts.

One of them is the lightweight bout between Diego Ferreira and Mateusz Gamrot. The Brazilian lightweight fighter Ferreira currently stands number twelve in the lightweight division. He was on a six-fight undefeated streak.

However, he lost two back-to-back fights this year. Meanwhile, the Polish fighter Gamrot is a new UFC prospect. He has competed in three UFC fights and lost only one.

Furthermore, Ferreira lands an average of 4.7 strikes per minute, which is a concerning number for his opponent, who absorbs only 2.09 strikes per minute. However, it is difficult to knock out ‘Gamer’ as he has a firm chin and is yet to be finished in his career.

Plus, the Polish fighter has an excellent grappling game given his average 5.35 takedown per 15 minutes and a 100% takedown defense. Ferreira is currently going through a rough patch which might affect him in the bout. Hence, ‘Gamer’ might outclass him and finish the fight early, similar to his previous bouts.
