Jorge Masvidal will soon be seen in the cage against Gilbert Burns. UFC 287 will see him in the cage battling it out against #5 welterweight ‘Durinho’. ‘Gamebred’ has credited a fighter as the best middleweight fighter in the world and the big surprise is it’s not someone from the UFC. Masvidal has named a Bellator MMA middleweight fighter as the best. The claim from Masvidal comes as a shock to fans.

The UFC’s middleweight division is gifted with some amazing fighters itself. Israel Adesanya, Alex Pereira, and Marvin Vettori are some examples of talented middleweight fighters that Masvidal skipped.

Masvidal claimed that John Eblen who is the current middleweight champion in Bellator MMA, is the best middleweight fighter around. John Eblen is #5 pound-for-pound fighter in Bellator and comes from a wrestling background. He was last seen fighting Anatoly Tokov at Bellator 290.
