WATCH: Brandon Moreno’s Reaction as He Goes Berserk While Cody Garbrandt Gets Knocked Out at UFC 269

The UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno was watching closely as two flyweights clashed inside the UFC octagon.

The number #6 flyweight contender Kai Kara-France took on the former bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt on the main card of UFC 269. ‘Don’t Blink’ came into the fight on the back of his previous first-round knockout win.

Meanwhile, ‘No Love’, after facing a few defeats in the bantamweight division, moved to flyweight. Unfortunately, he tasted a defeat in his flyweight debut as ‘Don’t Blink’ knocked him out cold in the first round.

‘The Assassin Baby’ tuned in and watched the UFC 269 fight at his home. He had his money on ‘No Love’ and begged the Kiwi to pull it off as he finished the latter. Check out Moreno’s hilarious reaction in the video above.

Previously, ‘The Assassin Baby’ defeated the Kiwi in their clash at UFC 245. The pair might once again collide in a potential rematch. However, Moreno is set to defend his gold strap against Figueiredo next.

After a five-fight undefeated streak, ‘The Assassin Baby’ earned his first-ever title shot. He took on the Brazilian ‘Deus da Guerra’ for the flyweight title at UFC 256.

The flyweight combatants battled for the whole five rounds. However, the match ended in a draw. Hence, the promotion set up a rematch for a clear result this time.

Even though many believed ‘The Assassin Baby’ might not get through the Brazilian champion, Moreno turned all odds. In the rematch at UFC 263, Moreno, after a gruesome two rounds, took the Brazilian to the mat and submitted him to become the new champion.

Interestingly, for his first title defense, ‘The Assassin Baby’ will see ‘Deus da Guerra’ for the third time inside the UFC cage. This blockbuster trilogy fight will serve as the co-main event at UFC 270 next year. Given their previous clashes, this fight will serve as a delightful treat for the fans.
