First UFC heavyweight champion Mark Coleman has astounded the online community with his remarkable transformation photos. Over the years, the 58-year-old had gained a significant amount of weight, resulting in a noticeable pot belly. However, it was his unwavering determination and rigorous training sessions, coupled with a carnivorous diet, that enabled him to achieve incredible results. Renowned as ‘The ‘Hammer,’ Coleman cemented his legacy in the MMA world by becoming the heavyweight champion at both UFC 10 and UFC 11. Additionally, he emerged victorious as the Pride Fighting Championships’ 2000 Open Weight Grand Prix Champion. Coleman’s contributions to the sport played a crucial role in popularizing mixed martial arts during its early days.

Recognizing his outstanding achievements, Coleman was honored with an induction into the prestigious UFC Hall of Fame at UFC 82. This well-deserved accolade further solidified his status as a true legend of the sport. In addition to sharing his inspiring transformation photos, Coleman generously revealed the details of his diet. He followed a carnivore diet, a nutritional approach similar to that of UFC commentator Joe Rogan. Rogan, at 55 years of age, boasts an enviable physique, with the carnivore diet being one of the secrets behind his impressive body.
