A lot would admit that an Irishman, ruling the biggest MMA promotion of the world based in America, is nowhere near an easy task to accomplish. However, McGregor has made a fortune for himself and his family through mixed martial arts. Today, he has become one of the most noted sportspersons even outside the MMA world.
But, for McGregor, it all started with a dream. While most middle youth class would consider “conquering the UFC” a dream too large, McGregor never had the mentality to settle for less. McGregor had his vision pretty clear in his head right from his initial days in MMA.
The noted London-based MMA promotion, ‘Cage Warriors’ became the first platform that he conquered prior to his transition to the UFC. Also, it was in the Cage Warriors that McGregor became a two-weight-division champion for the first time in his career. Yet, there was a lot McGregor still needed to accomplish to get to his destiny.
