This is after the fact that ‘The Black Beast’ has the most number of knockouts in UFC history. His fan base is a direct testament to his open and almost childlike nature when it comes to his humor.

“I just know I had a bigger heart than him. He called himself a man, but he liked putting his hands on women… Much more heart than he has… Where Ronda Rousey fine a** at?” Stated Lewis during the post-fight interview.

Travis Browne is currently married to former UFC champion and current WWE star, Ronda Rousey. Hence, Lewis took Rousey’s name in the octagon interview after defeating Browne to take a dig at him.

Derrick Lewis’s friendly banter with Daniel Cormier is also something to note. Derrick Lewis called out Cormier for “disrespecting Popeyes on a commercial a few years back” in one of the funniest press conferences in the UFC.

Derrick Lewis might be one of the most powerful fighters in the heavyweight division of the UFC as of now. Although with the most number of knockouts in the UFC to date, Lewis is going through a rough patch.

Getting knocked out by Tai Tuivasa, Lewis has gone down in the heavyweight rankings by one more place. In a promotion that wants dominance and winning the most, Lewis will have to change things up in order to get out of this situation as soon as possible.
