Joe Rogan knows exactly why celebrities like Logan Paul enter the WWE. Recently, Rogan had WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle as a guest on his podcast, and they talked all things fighting.

The wrestler has had a brilliant and famous career that spans over twenty years. Recently, WWE merged with the UFC, and the MMA community went absolutely bananas over the merger. Lots of fans started seeing the potential for transfers and crossovers, and this is when Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather’s names came up.

Logan Paul was already an internet sensation when he went to the WWE. He had all the money and all the fame he could need to keep his career alive. So what does it matter if he’s being choke-slammed by a wrestler or not? The idea is simple: promoting a brand.

“That’s what’s really impressive about like some of these guys,” Rogan says. “Like Floyd Mayweather went over there and the Paul brothers . . . they’re still willing to get out there and put it on the line.”

Mayweather first went to the WWE in 2008 after retiring from boxing at a 50-0 record. Floyd fought ‘The World’s Largest Athlete,’ The Big Show. Similarly, Logan Paul went inside the wrestling ring in 2021 as a guest of Sami Zayn. Fellow podcast guest Tony Hinchcliffe had answers to Rogan and Kurt’s questions.

“The thing for the Pauls . . . or Logan Paul,” said the comedian. “They can promote their own things as well. So Logan Paul goes out there drinking a prime energy drink. So Conor could conceivably go out there with a bottle (of Proper 12)”

The trio were discussing Conor McGregor‘s brand of Irish Whiskey, which he sold away for $600 million. Rogan argued that the fighter has so much money that he doesn’t really have to do anything at all. So fans are still wondering if they’ll get to see someone like ‘The Notorious’ fight for the WWE. On similar lines, a question that continues to mystify fans and experts alike is what does Logan Paul do next.

What’s next for Logan Paul’s career?

When he’s not beefing online with Dillon Danis, Logan Paul is promoting Prime. When he’s not doing either of those things, he trains to fight Danis for their match for Misfits Boxing. The match is set to take place on the 14th of October for a cruiserweight match.

His energy drink company with KSI, Prime Hydration, was acquired by Coca-Cola for $10 billion so one can tell how much of a rich man Paul is. In spite of all the comfort and luxury, he keeps going for more. Now, he will face Dillon Danis in a ring, and his fiancee, Nina Adgal, will see Danis in court thanks to the lawsuit she pressed on him. Either way, it looks like Danis is about to be punched in the gut as well as the wallet, will he come out on top? Maybe Prime Hydration can help Danis catch his breath, but Paul would likely want to keep that out of his hands.
